How does a travel eSIM work?
It's a digital SIM already built into your phone. You install a travel plan by scanning a QR code — no plastic card, no shop.
Will my phone work with an eSIM?
Run *#06# on your phone: an EID means eSIM hardware. The phone also has to be carrier-unlocked. Mainland-China iPhones have no eSIM, and some Samsung and Pixel variants differ by region.
When should I install my eSIM?
Install before you fly, while you still have Wi-Fi. Most plans start when the eSIM first connects abroad; the plan page states the exact policy.
How do I get connected?
Open your order page, scan the QR code, then turn on data roaming for the SwipSIM line.
Can I keep my regular SIM?
Yes. The eSIM is a second data line, so your usual number stays active.
What happens after I pay?
We request your eSIM as soon as payment clears. Your order page updates on its own and shows the QR code.
